Scope and access

Relevant Local Media (RLM) operates this internal reporting app. This notice describes the app's information handling. RLM's public marketing website has its own website privacy policy. Business searches, connections, and reports require a verified RLM Google Workspace account; these policy pages contain no client records.

Sign-in and activity

Google sign-in provides account identity information, including your name, email, and profile image when supplied. The app uses that identity to check access and maintain your session with authentication cookies. The configured session lasts up to eight hours. Report records include the generating user's email, and generation-attempt records use that email and request time to enforce usage limits. Operational logs record safe error classifications to help diagnose failures.

Business information and connected services

Client reports read HubSpot company information such as business identity, website, contact details, and client status. Prospect searches send the entered business query to Google Places and retrieve public business information. Authorized Google Business Profile and Search Console connections provide available business, review, and search measurements for reporting.

Website checks retrieve the public homepage without executing its JavaScript or submitting forms. When PageSpeed Insights is configured, the website URL is sent to Google for a mobile lab measurement. The app uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for server-side storage, Google for authentication and Google data, and HubSpot for client information. Pages also request fonts from Google Fonts. These services process the requests needed to provide their functions.

Storage and report history

Saved report records contain the identifiers needed to retrieve a report again, permitted HubSpot client information, and independently collected website observations. They expire after 28 days and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Google profile, review, and search results are retrieved again when a report is opened; saved reports do not preserve a historical copy of those results.

The first eligible website observation is kept separately to compare later checks for the same client and website. This baseline is not covered by the 28-day report expiry. A Google agency connection saved through the app stores its refresh credential encrypted on the server, together with connection metadata. Only the designated administrator can replace that shared connection. Usage-limit records older than two days are eligible for scheduled cleanup.

Google privacy and connection controls

The Google Privacy Policy is incorporated into this notice for Google Maps features and explains Google's handling of information through its services. The terms of use link to the applicable Google Maps terms. An account owner can review and revoke the app's Google authorization through Google Account connections. Revoking authorization prevents further access with that grant; it does not itself remove the report records or independent website observations described above.
