Internal reporting workspace

Relevant Reports is operated by Relevant Local Media (RLM) for its authorized team. A verified RLM Google Workspace account is required to access business searches, connections, and reports. Use the workspace only for authorized RLM reporting work and keep client information within the authorized team.

Using reports

Reports combine available business information, source measurements, and public website observations. Check the source, collection date, coverage, and limitations shown with each section. Changes in measurements do not by themselves establish that RLM caused them. Saved reports expire after 28 days; opening a saved report refreshes its Google data while retaining the original website observation.

This version reads connected client platforms. It does not edit business profiles, submit website forms, post review replies, or send client notifications. Printed reports are for authorized internal review and remain subject to the source provider's terms and attribution requirements.

Google Maps terms

Business search uses Google Maps Platform through the Places API. By using those features, you agree to the Google Terms of Service and the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service, which are incorporated into these terms for that use. Preserve Google Maps and any supplied third-party attribution when viewing or printing its content.
